Seasoned Marinated Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large tomatoes
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    2 Tbsp. capers
    2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Slice 3 large tomatoes and arrange on a platter.
    In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
    Mix until blended.
    Spoon over tomato slices and chill one hour.
