Sunflower Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes, baked and cooled
    1 pinch sea salt
    1 pinch cayenne
    2 c. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 c. cashews
    1 c. sunflower seeds
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in 1-inch cubes and place in a baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Cover with cheese and sprinkle nuts and seeds on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese bubbles, about 10 minutes.
    Broil for 2 minutes.
    Serves 4.
