Japanese Honey Cake(Kasutera) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. honey
    1/2 c. sifted flour
    2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven
    to
    350\u00b0.
    Beat together eggs, sugar and honey until very thick.
    Add flour, beating well.
    Pour batter into a greased 9 x 12-inch pan and bake 45 minutes.
    But, stir the cake with
    a
    spoon
    after the first 15 minutes of baking time. Continue
    baking
    in
    ordinary
    manner
    next half hour. Allow cake
    to
    cool
    in\tpan.
    Dust
    cake with confectioners sugar, cut into strips and serve.
