Robert'S Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans tomato sauce
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. cumin powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    Tabasco sauce (optional)
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 to 2 bags Fritos
    1 lb. or more Colby cheese, grated
    1 head lettuce, chopped
    1 large onion, diced
    2 large tomatoes, diced
Preparation
    Heat sauce adding first 6 ingredients.
    Let simmer while preparing rest of dish.
    Brown hamburger, adding same amounts of garlic, onion salt and cumin.
    Stack on plate in following order: Fritos, hamburger, onions, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. Serve with tomato sauce over top.
    Serves 4 to 6.
