Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    5 eggs
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese until creamy.
    Add eggs (one at a time). Blend well, add remaining ingredients.
    Blend well.
    Pour over crumb crust.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour, cool 5 minutes.
