Mexican Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 can Van Camp's Spanish rice
    1 c. cooked Minute rice
    1 can Ranch Style beans
    6 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion; drain.
    Mix ground beef and other ingredients together in casserole dish.
    Top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts and casserole bubbles.
