Sour Cream Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine in saucepan and cook to soft ball stage (238\u00b0).
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Beat until mixture loses it gloss.
    Then add 1/2 cup broken pecans or walnuts.
    Pour into pan.
    Cool and cut into pieces.
