Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. regular rice
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can beef consomme
    1 small can mushrooms (juice and stems)
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add all other ingredients; mix well.
    Place in a 2-quart casserole dish and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
