Whipped Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1 egg
    1 stick margarine
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Mix meal, flour, whipping cream and water.
    Mix in egg.
    Melt margarine; add to mixture, mixing well.
    Pour into 9 x 12-inch pan; bake for 10 minutes at 450\u00b0, then turn on broil until golden brown.
