Garlic Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 c. grits
    2 sticks garlic cheese
    1 stick butter
    cornflakes or Ritz crackers, crumbled (enough to cover top)
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Bring milk and water almost to a boil.
    Add salt and grits, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
    Remove from heat and beat eggs.
    Add some of the hot mixture to eggs.
    Stir eggs mixture into grits.
    Add cheese and butter.
    Stir until cheese and butter melts.
    Top with cornflakes or Ritz crackers, crumbled.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
