Homemade Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a 1 1/2 quart saucepan, melt together chocolate pieces and butter.
    Gradually add the powdered sugar and evaporated milk, stirring constantly.
    Bring mixture to boil; reduce heat.
    Cook, stirring constantly, for 8 minutes.
    Remove saucepan from heat. Stir in vanilla.
    Let sauce stand for 10 minutes.
    Store any leftover sauce in refrigerator.
    To reheat, spoon desired amount in saucepan and heat over low heat, stirring constantly.
