Ingredients

2/3 stick butter
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. sugar
2 c. buttermilk
6 eggs, separated

Preparation

Mix butter, sugar and cornstarch.
Add egg yolks, buttermilk and flavor.
Pour in unbaked pie shell.
Bake until firm or brown lightly.
Top with meringue.
Bake until brown.
