Chinese Veggie Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Chinese frozen vegetables, thawed
1 can seasoned green beans, drained
1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
1 can mushrooms, sliced and drained
1 can English peas, drained
1 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. wine tarragon vinegar
chopped onion to taste
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients and chopped onions.
Mix well. Combine sugar and vinegar in bowl and mix well.
Pour over veggies.
Toss to mix.
Chill overnight, stirring every once in a while.
Yield: 15 servings.
