Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
    sliced tomatoes
    chopped onions (scallions)
    basil, salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. mayo
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine 1 cup mayo with 1 cup Cheddar cheese.
    Place one layer of sliced tomatoes on pie crust.
    Sprinkle with chopped onion, basil, salt and pepper to taste.
    Continue to layer.
    Spread mayo-cheese on top of pie.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
