Tuna-Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe

1 c. elbow macaroni
3/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. chopped celery with tops
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can tomatoes (undrained)
1 bay leaf, crumbled
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
dash of noncaloric liquid sweetener
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
3 Tbsp. packaged dry bread crumbs
2 (6 1/2 oz. size) cans dietetic tuna, drained
