Sesame Beef Strips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef flank steak
    1/4 c. toasted sesame seed
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. each: ground coriander, ginger and chili powder
    1 c. beef broth
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 c. hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Slice beef thinly across the grain.
    In shallow bowl, mix sesame seed, flour and spices.
    Dip beef strips into broth, then toss in flour mixture.
    Set aside.
    Heat oil in wok or nonstick skillet until hot.
    Add onion and pepper; saute for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms; continue cooking 1 minute longer.
    Add beef.
    Cook, stirring constantly, about 2 to 3 minutes.
