Congealed Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
    2 c. chopped apples
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1 small can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
    Add lemon juice and let cool. Stir in crushed pineapple, celery, apples and pecans.
    Stir in mayonnaise and then Cool Whip.
    Refrigerate until set.
