Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can tomato soup
    water
    1/2 lb. spaghetti
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion and pepper; drain.
    In saucepan combine both soups, 1 can water, cheese and 2 teaspoons garlic salt; simmer over low heat until cheese is melted.
    Cook spaghetti 6 to 8 minutes, drain and rinse.
    Combine all mixtures into 3-quart casserole dish and mix well.
    Top with additional cheese, if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
