Chess Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1 beaten egg
1 stick softened butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 beaten eggs
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix cake mix, egg and butter.
Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix cream cheese, eggs, powdered sugar and vanilla with mixer 5 minutes.
Pour over batter and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
