Glazed Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1 lb. unsalted pecans (4 c.)
Preparation
    Combine egg white and all other ingredients in mixing bowl. Stir until nuts are coated.
    Spread on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake for 1 hour at 250\u00b0.
    Cool.
    Store in an airtight container.
    Makes 4 cups.
