Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless pork, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
    1/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. cold water
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1/3 c. white vinegar
    1 tsp. soya sauce
    1/3 c. packed light brown sugar
    bell pepper as desired
    onion as desired
    tomatoes as desired
    cherries as desired
    1/3 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt, baking powder and water.
    Coat pork and fry until done, but not hard.
    Drain and pour off grease.
    Saute vegetables.
    Combine pineapple juice, cornstarch, sugar, soya sauce, vinegar and catsup to make 2 cups.
    Pour in skillet to thicken to bubbly.
    Add pineapple, cherries and pork.
