Cream Cheese Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. milk or cream
Preparation
    Melt into medium saucepan the butter.
    Remove from heat.
    Add all other ingredients and mix with electric mixer until well blended.
    Perforate cake with fork, pour on and spread icing.
