Beef Brisket Anna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. beef brisket
    flour (for dusting)
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 large onions, chopped thin
    1 lb. can tomatoes
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 lemon
    1 clove garlic
Preparation
    Dust beef with flour; season with salt and pepper. In large skillet, sear beef on all sides in olive oil. Add onions and saute until they begin to color.
