Salmon Salad With Almonds And Bok Choy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cooked salmon
    2 c. sliced bok choy
    1/4 c. sliced almonds
    2 scallions, minced
    1 c. nonfat yogurt
    2 Tbsp. crumbled Blue cheese
Preparation
    Break the salmon into bite sized chunks and place in a large bowl.
    Add bok choy, almonds and scallions.
    In a small bowl, combine yogurt and cheese.
    Combine with salmon mixture.
    Serves 4.
