Summer Artichoke Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 large tomatoes, halved or quartered and sliced thin
    2 medium cucumbers, peeled and sliced
    1 to 2 cans artichoke hearts, drain water and quarter
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Add Italian dressing, grated Parmesan cheese and garlic powder to taste.
    Toss salad ingredients with marinade.
    Chill and serve.
