Salmon Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    4 salmon steaks, 1-inch thick (about 2 lb.)
Preparation
    Combine butter and lemon juice in custard cup.
    Microwave on High until butter melts.
    Arrange salmon steaks in 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Brush with lemon butter.
    Microwave 14 to 16 minutes on Medium or until fish flakes easily.
    Let stand 5 minutes, covered.
