Pesto(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. nonfat plain yogurt
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. pine nuts
3 cloves garlic
1 c. firmly packed fresh basil leaves
Preparation

Place all ingredients in blender in order listed. Cover and blend on medium speed, stopping occasionally to scrape sides until almost smooth, about 2 minutes.
