Fudgy Microwave Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
confectioners sugar

Preparation

Grease 8-inch microwave-proof pan.
In large bowl, combine oil, granulated sugar, eggs, corn syrup and vanilla.
Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; add to egg mixture, beating until smooth.
