Apple And Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cooking apples, peeled and sliced
5 to 6 small carrots
butter
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Cook carrots; save some liquid to use in final cooking. Butter casserole; put layers of carrots and sliced apples.
Dot with butter, sugar, salt and nutmeg.
Put some liquid in bottom of casserole (about 1/4 cup).
Bake covered about 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0.
