Stuffed Manicotti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
Parmesan cheese
8 manicotti shells
Preparation

Cook manicotti shells.
Brown ground beef and garlic in large skillet.
Blend in the next 4 ingredients in a bowl.
Stir in beef.
Fill each manicotti with about 1/4 cup cheese-meat combination.
Place in single layer in baking pan.
Sprinkle with remaining combination.
Cover with sauce.
Sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan cheese.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Remove foil and bake 10 minutes longer.
