Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
6 c. milk
6 c. potatoes, pared and thinly sliced
Preparation

Make white sauce of first 4 ingredients.
Place the potatoes in a greased 2-quart casserole.
Cover with sauce.
Cover casserole and bake for 1 hour.
Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer.
