Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 gal. popped corn
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. butter, melted
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Boil sugar, syrup, butter and salt for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add soda and vanilla.
    Put over popped corn.
    Bake at 225\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
