Crustless Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 (13 oz.) evaporated skim milk
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 egg whites, beaten until stiff peaks form
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. vanilla
    16 oz. can pumpkin
    1 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate with a little oil.
    Combine all ingredients, except egg whites.
    Blend until smooth.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Pour into pie plate.
    Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
