Carrots With Glaze - cooking recipe

1 bunch carrots
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation

Peel and quarter carrots; steam until tender. Mix the mustard, butter and brown sugar in a small bowl, then stir into cooked carrots. Cook until carrots are glazed.
