North Carolina Style Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. oil
    2 c. vinegar
    salt and pepper
    2 cabbages, shredded
    5 medium onions, chopped, diced
    bell pepper, diced
    2 small jars, chopped pimento
Preparation
    Bring sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to a boil.
    Place cabbage, onion, bell pepper and pimento in a gallon jar.
    Pour dressing over vegetables, refrigerate.
    Keeps several weeks.
