Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. mashed banana
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
Cream butter and gradually beat in the sugar.
Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition.
Add the mashed bananas and mix well.
Blend in the sifted dry ingredients and fold in nuts.
Pour into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan and bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 60 to 70 minutes.
