Garlic Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. finely shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. melted roasted garlic butter (Land O' Lakes)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine the Bisquick, milk and cheese.
Beat until well mixed. This mixture will be thick.
If you think it is too thick, add a little more milk.
Pinch off portions and roll in the palms of your hands to about the size of golf balls. Flatten slightly.
Dip each biscuit in the garlic butter and place on baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart. Bake for about 10 minutes. Remove from oven and brush tops with remaining garlic butter.
Return to oven and bake an additional 4 to 5 minutes, until golden brown.
Serve warm. Makes about 8 biscuits.
