Stuffed Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large round rye or Vienna bread, unsliced
    4 (8 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms
    8 to 16 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 to 2 sticks butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Cut bread in 1-inch thick squares, not through bottom of crust.
    Stuff with mushrooms and Swiss cheese.
    Melt the remaining ingredients together on the stove and pour over bread.
    Wrap bread well in foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
