Pan Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 or more fish fillets
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 c. Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and pepper; dredge fish fillet in this. Combine egg and milk; dip fish in milk and then in breadcrumbs. Melt the margarine in a nonstick skillet; fry fillets 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
