Lemon Pepper Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, skin removed (thighs and legs also may be used)
    1 stick margarine, melted
    2 c. Wheaties cereal, crushed
    lemon pepper
Preparation
    Dip chicken in melted butter and roll in crushed Wheaties. Sprinkle heavily with lemon pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
