Unbaked Caramel Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 (6 oz.) can (2/3 c.) evaporated milk
    1 (3 5/8 or 4 oz.) pkg. instant butterscotch pudding mix
    3 1/2 c. quick oatmeal
Preparation
    Bring sugar, margarine and evaporated milk to a boil.
    Remove from heat and add pudding mix and oatmeal.
    Cool 15 minutes.
    Drop by teaspoonful onto waxed paper lined tray.
