Janney'S Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, boneless
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can green beans
    1 can green peas
    1 can corn
    2 Bags of precooked rice
    1 chopped onion
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 small can tomato paste
    4 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. meat tenderizer
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil chicken til done. Let cool. Chop chicken up. Brown ground beef. Drain. In a big stew pot, mix all ingredients thoroughly. Cook on medium-low for 45 minutes or until hot.
