Broiled Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1-inch) fish steaks
    1/3 c. tarragon vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of black pepper
    1 bay leaf
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except fish.
    Add fish and marinate 3 hours or more.
    Turn occasionally.
    Broil 3 inches from heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
