Cinnamon Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. chopped, pared apples
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Sift together flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and salt. Beat eggs and oil until light and foamy.
    Add vanilla.
    Gradually blend in dry ingredients.
    Stir in apples and walnuts.
    Pour batter into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until cake tests done.
    Cool in pan on rack.
    Dust with confectioners sugar.
    Serves 12.
