Sauteed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. basil
Preparation
    In a skillet or electric frypan, heat piece of fat trimmed from chop until melted.
    Remove.
    Brown chops slowly in fat until rich golden brown on both sides, about 15 to 20 minutes.
    Pour off excess fat; season with salt.
    Add basil and milk.
    Cover and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes.
