Ingredients
2 c. cooked turkey, cut in 1/2-inch cubes or 1 lb. uncooked ground turkey
    1 c. coarsely chopped onion
1 red bell pepper, cut in 1/4-inch cubes
    2 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp. oil (if using cooked turkey)
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
28 oz. can tomatoes, coarsely chopped (undrained)
1 to 2 tsp. chili powder
    1 to 1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1 to 1 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
    1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
16 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 c. coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
4 Tbsp. grated reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
Preparation
If using ground turkey, brown it in a large skillet, draining off any fat.
Add onion, bell pepper and garlic and saute 5 minutes.
(If using cooked turkey, saute onion, bell pepper and garlic in 2 tablespoons oil for 5 minutes, then add turkey.)
Add all remaining ingredients except cilantro and cheese.
Simmer 10 to 15 minutes, uncovered, until mixture thickens slightly.
Add cilantro, then ladle into bowls and top each serving with 1 tablespoon cheese.
