Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. grated zucchini
    2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat together eggs, oil and sugar until light in color.
    Stir in zucchini. Stir in melted chocolate; mix well.
    Stir together flour, salt, baking powder, soda and cinnamon.
    Set aside 1/4 cup. Add flour mixture to egg mixture, mixing just to blend.
    Toss nuts with the remaining 1/4 cup flour mixture. Add to cake mixture and stir to blend.
    Spoon into greased tube pan or 2 (9 x 5-inch) loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until cake tests done with toothpick.
