Skinny French Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes, cut in slices or strips
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    salt to taste
    paprika
Preparation
    Put potato strips or slices on ice to crisp.
    Drain; pat dry on paper towel.
    Spread on pan (spray pan with Pam).
    Sprinkle with oil.
    Shake pan to spread oil.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Turn frequently.
