Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crusts
Preparation

Let cream cheese sit out at room temperature to soften.
Place cream cheese in a bowl and gradually add powdered sugar, stirring until smooth and creamy (no lumps).
After all powdered sugar is added and mixture is creamy, fold in Cool Whip and stir until well blended.
Separate into the two pie crusts and refrigerate.
