Best Yet Pear Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chopped raw pears, peeled
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Mix pears, pecans and sugar; then set aside.
    Beat eggs; add oil, flour, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice.
    Add pear mixture; mix well.
    Bake in a greased and floured Bundt pan or tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
